Brendan O’Dwyer Appointed Director of People & Culture
Brendan O’Dwyer joins SimoTech with more than 30 years of experience across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, and Learning & Development within multinational Life Sciences organisations. As Director of People & Culture, Brendan will lead initiatives focused on employee experience, organisational culture, and strategic talent development as the company continues to scale.
Colin Chandley Joins as Managed Services Manager
Colin Chandley brings over 20 years of Life Sciences experience across automation engineering, system design, commissioning, and operational support. A certified PMP, Colin has led complex client projects and managed services while guiding multidisciplinary technical teams. In his role, he will oversee SimoTech’s Managed Services operations across multiple client sites, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong client engagement.
Emerson Kirby Promoted to Director of Business Development
Emerson Kirby has been promoted to Director of Business Development in recognition of his significant contributions to SimoTech’s growth. With more than 25 years of global experience across Life Sciences, Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, and Advanced Technologies, Emerson brings deep expertise in business development, programme management, and client partnership. He will lead SimoTech’s growth strategy, expand international market presence, and strengthen key client relationships.
