With over 30 years of experience in Life Sciences manufacturing, Brendan has held senior roles in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, and Learning & Development, including more than 25 years in Multinationals. He brings deep expertise in building global teams and shaping strategic talent management programs. Brendan’s leadership supports SimoTech’s growth strategy and fosters an inclusive, high-performance environment across the organization.
Brendan is responsible for SimoTech’s People and Culture function, overseeing HR and Talent Acquisition, driving initiatives in Employee Engagement, Leadership Development, Workplace Culture and Talent management.
